ORIGIN
Most suitable vineyards in the Surrau valley, soils resulting from granite weathering, tending towards sandy, Arzachena (OT).
PROCESSING
Obtained only from hand-harvested Vermentino grapes, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 15-18°C. Bottled young, it maintains the minerality and freshness typical of Vermentino di Gallura.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: straw yellow, brilliant with greenish reflections.
Nose: intense with fruity and mineral notes.
Taste: long and persistent flavour, savory and intense.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal as an aperitif, excellent in combination with seafood, first and second fish courses.
