ORIGIN
Tirso river valley, young but also old sapling vineyards, located on sandy soils rich in clay, while the other grapes come from the espalier vineyards on the slopes of Monte Arci, lands of volcanic origin, rich in obsidian.
PROCESSING
White vinification, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel. This is followed by maturation in steel or vitrified concrete tanks together with its yeasts, with periodic battonage. It then refines for a few months in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow, deep and brilliant.
Perfume: Delicate but continuous, with pleasant hints of fruit. Intense and persistent, fruity and floral.
Taste: Soft, full, with good taste-olfactory correspondence. Savory and persistent.
COMBINATIONS
It prefers seafood cuisine, but is also a good pairing with white meats with light sauces and vegetable stews. Also excellent as an aperitif.
