PROCESSING
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging in 15% French oak barrels and 85% steel tanks.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: dark ruby red.
Perfume: tones of dark fruit, plum and cherries, to which are added nuances of liquorice, mineral and toasted hints.
Taste: complex, with robust but well-managed tannins, which will allow it to age wonderfully over the next ten years.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal to accompany any meat-based second course, also excellent with ground first courses.
