ORIGIN
Vineyards located at 350 meters above sea level, in the Conca Sa Raighina area (Monti).
PROCESSING
Harvest at the end of October with grapes attacked by noble rot. Destemming and maceration on the skins for at least 24 hours, followed by subsequent soft pressing and cleaning of the must. It ferments at a controlled temperature, refines on fine lees after fermentation in steel tanks.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense golden yellow
Perfume: hints of dried fruit.
Taste: mineral, intense, long and persistent taste.
COMBINATIONS
This is a perfect dessert wine to accompany typical Sardinian desserts and blue cheeses. Excellent as a reading and relaxation companion.
