ORIGIN
The vineyards are located on sandy soils on the coastal area.
PROCESSING
Sparkling wine obtained through a slow and careful refermentation in autoclave for 60 days. The must resulting from the first stages of grape processing is kept in maceration with the skins for approximately 6 hours in order to extract the typical aromas of the variety. Fermentation is carried out in an autoclave at low temperature and with the use of selected yeasts. After secondary fermentation, the fermentation process is stopped to guarantee an adequate residual sugar in the wine of approximately 80 g/l.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright yellow with greenish reflections, tending towards amber.
Nose: the intense aromaticity of the vine emerges, marked in its sweet floral notes.
Taste: great balance between sweetness and acidity. Fine perlage and pleasant sparkling vein of bubbles.
COMBINATIONS
We recommend consuming it at the end of the meal together with typical Sardinian desserts or in combination with sweet and soft cheeses.
