Vineyards trained with the Sardinian pergola and spurred cordon system, Tenute Sella & Mosca - Località “I Piani”, Alghero.
PROCESSING
Soft pressing and cold static decantation. We then proceed with the inoculation of selected yeasts. First fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature; followed by second fermentation (second fermentation) in stainless steel autoclaves for 20 days. Refines on the yeasts, in steel for 3 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Pale straw yellow with subtle perlage
Nose: Delicate and pleasant, with notes of fruit and white flowers and a subtle minerality
Taste: Very fresh, light, savory and creamy, with a pleasant balance
COMBINATIONS
It is drunk as an aperitif and continuously at the table with the obligatory combinations including pizza and fish dishes.
