PROCESSING AND AGING
The maceration of the skins in the must is continued for about three weeks to allow the balanced release of the noble substances and the color. It's aged for at least 12 months in small French oak barrels and after bottling it rests in the bottle for a few months.
Color: Deep ruby red, with light garnet reflections.
Bouquet: hints of ripe red fruits and jams, spicy notes of Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: in the mouth it's elegant, full, soft and persistent.
Wine for important roasts, braised and grilled meats, aged cheeses.
