Tenuta Sa Tanca, approximately 250-300 meters above sea level.
PROCESSING
Once harvested, the grapes macerate for about 10 days, carrying out the malolactic fermentation in vitrified concrete wine vessels. Then follows the refinement, carried out first for 12 months in barrique and, after bottling, for another 6 months directly in glass.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense ruby red.
Perfume: intense, persistent, balanced.
Taste: velvety, full, harmonious, warm, round.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent with first courses with tasty meat sauces, spit-roasted suckling pig, grilled red meat, baked lamb, chicken with myrtle, Sardinian sausage, mature Sardinian pecorino.
