PROCESSING AND AGING
Destemming-crushing, fermentation in steel at a temperature of 25 ° C and maceration for 7 days, followed by soft pressing. Maturation in 1st and 2nd passage barriques and tonneaux for 12 months and at least 2 months of refinement in the bottle.
Color: ruby red with violet reflections, beautiful vividness of color, consistent.
