Vineyards located in Loiri Porto San Paolo (Gallura), medium hill 100-150 meters above sea level. Granite decay land.

PROCESSING AND AGING

The harvested grapes are de-stemmed and then subjected to soft crushing. It is then fermented at controlled temperature between 16-18 C. It ages in steel tanks for 3-4 months.

Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: delicately fruity and floral.
Taste: Dry and fresh taste.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Perfect as an aperitif. Ideal with seafood appetizers, white meats and grilled fish.
