Vineyards located near the municipality of Usini (SS).
PROCESSING
Following the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, before they are softly pressed and sent to alcoholic fermentation, which takes place, together with the malolactic fermentation, in stainless steel containers. The manufacturing process ends with refinement, carried out both in steel and in oak barrels, for a total of 8 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense ruby red with purple reflections.
Perfume: Delicate red fruit, made even more refined by a light note of aromatic herbs.
Taste: vibrant acidity and gentle tannins are highlighted: interesting final progression, with a return of fruit.
COMBINATIONS
It goes well with traditional Sardinian land cuisine: red meats, including grilled ones, game, medium-aged cheeses.
