PROCESSING AND AGING
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, and then softly pressed and sent for alcoholic fermentation, which takes place, together with the malolactic fermentation, in stainless steel containers. The manufacturing process ends with the refinement, carried out both in steel and in oak barrels, for a total of 8 months.
Color: Intense ruby red, very clear.
Bouquet: Good aromatic intensity, with hints of jam and geranium.
Taste: Dry and savory, warm and lively structure, delicate acidity and softness of tannins. Average gustatory persistence, with fruity and floral notes. Fresh and clean finish.
Ideal with land appetizers, first courses in red sauces, legume soups, grilled and pan-fried meats, medium-aged cheeses.
