PROCESSING AND AGING
Exclusively manual harvest, carried out in mid-October with selection of grapes in 20 kg crates. Fermentation in steel, aging in French oak for 12 months.
FEATURES Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Bouquet: Hints of vanilla spice on the nose. Taste: full and intense fruit, the tannin is soft and silky with a considerable length.
Perfect with legume-based soups, red meats, aged cheeses and spicy cured meats. Excellent with the typical Sardinian roast suckling pig or grilled sausage.
