ORIGIN
The vineyards are located in Northern Sardinia, on mixed clayey-limestone soils , trained using counter-espalier methods (spurred cordon and guyot).
PROCESSING
Pressing, fermentation with maceration of the skins for 7 days, maturation in vitrified concrete tanks and steel tanks. Aging in steel, cement and bottle for a few months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: ruby red, with violet reflections, tending to garnet with age.
Bouquet: fragrant and vinous, predominantly red fruits.
Taste: soft flavor, rightly tannic.
COMBINATIONS
Good versatility for cheese and meat preparations, to try on culurgiones with fresh tomato sauce and basil.
