The vineyards are located in Northern Sardinia, on mixed clayey - calcareous soils, trained in the espalier system (spurred cordon and guyot).
PROCESSING AND AGING
Crushing, fermentation with maceration of the skins for 7 days, maturation in vitrified cement vats and steel vats. Aging in steel, cement and bottle for a few months.
Color: ruby red, with violet reflections, tending to garnet hues with aging.
Bouquet: fragrant and vinous, mainly of red fruits.
Taste: soft flavor, rightly tannic.
Good versatility for cheese and meat preparations, to be tried on culurgiones with fresh tomato sauce and basil.
