PROCESSING AND AGING
Destemming-crushing, fermentation in steel at a temperature of 25 degrees and maceration for 7 days, soft pressing. Maturation in barriques of 2nd passage for 12 months and 2 months of refinement in the bottle.
Color: Ruby red with orange reflections
Bouquet: inviting nose, flowers and red fruits emerge with a sweet resin finish
Taste: Good drinkability and freshness, soft and floral tannins
Wine suitable for all dishes, from savory appetizers to first courses, it goes well with semi-mature cheeses.
