PROCESSING AND AGING
The vinification follows the process of pressing, fermentation with maceration of the skins for up to 10 days, soft pressing. Aging in steel and vitrified cement vats for a few months.
Color: Medium intense ruby red.
Bouquet: Intense, with well-defined vinosity and hints of ripe plum and wild blackberries.
Taste: Warm, quite full and with a fine and typical structure.
It goes well with grilled red meats, white meats and tasty and spicy cheeses.
