Vineyards owned by the Ragnedda Family, typical terrase from granite decay (sandy, rocky) raised to simple guyot.
PROCESSING AND AGING
The grapes harvested between the end of September and the beginning of October are destemmed and then subjected to soft crushing. It is then fermented in steel tanks at 16/18 C for 4 weeks. It ages in oak barriques for 4 months. It’s a wine with great longevity.
Color: Straw yellow with slight golden reflections
bouquet: Intense and complex with hints of orange blossom, lemon, aromatic herbs, wisteria, lavender flowers and citrus honey.
Taste: Dry but rich, with citrus and honey tones, the finish is long, with great retro-gustatory persistence.
Ideal to accompany fish and shellfish dishes. Perfect at the end of the meal with Strudel, puddings, fruit cakes and creams.
