PROCESSING AND AGING
The production begins with a fermentation in steel, followed by a refinement of two months in cement in order to leave the characteristics of the grapes unaltered.
Color: ruby red
Bouquet: intense aroma with evident notes of Mediterranean scrub and red fruits.
Taste: fresh, savory, with a fine and balanced tannin.
First courses with rich meat-based sauces, such as lasagna or pasta with meat sauce. Stewed meats, poultry main courses and roast meats. Medium-aged cheeses.
