Ancient vineyards of the lower Sulcis, trained in sapling still ungrafted (Latin vineyard).
PROCESSING AND AGING
Destemming-pressing and fermentation of the marc in the must in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature for a period of about two weeks. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation has been completed, it is transferred to fine-grained French oak barrels where it stays for up to eighteen months, in order to increase its structure, softness and taste-olfactory complexity. After maturation, the final refinement in the bottle follows for twelve months.

Color: intense ruby red, with light garnet reflections.
Bouquet: rare, complex notes of plums and blueberries, sweet spices, bay leaves, juniper, tobacco and chocolate.
Taste: softness and structure, freshness and strong sapidity, dense tannic texture, intense and persistent.
