Vineyards grown with espalier systems in the territory of Oliena (NU).
PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested by hand and taken immediately to the cellar, where production begins with destemming and soft pressing. The free-run must is filtered and clarified before being sent to fermentation, which takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It completes its evolutionary path, resting on the yeasts before bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose: intense and complex, with hints of tropical fruit and citrus notes.
Taste: mineral and savory sip, with good freshness and persistence, which invite you to take another sip.
COMBINATIONS
Majga is a perfect Vermentino to drink as an aperitif. We recommend trying it at the table together with fish dishes, a good spaghetti with clams and bottarga and plenty of fried fish.
