The soils are partly of volcanic origin, partly alluvial, sandy, almost clayey.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cstrong\u003ePROCESSING\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cbr\u003eThe hand-harvested grapes are subjected to pressing and maceration of the skins for approximately 5 hours. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures (16-18°), mostly in steel and a small percentage in barrique.\u003cbr\u003e The two musts are combined after 6 months. This is followed by maturation on the yeasts, always divided between steel barriques for at least 6 months.\u003cbr\u003e It refines for a few more months in the bottle before being released on the market.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eCHARACTERISTICS\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Color: Pale shiny rose with orange reflections.\u003cbr\u003e Nose: Fine and elegant, hints of citrus, notes of raspberries and strawberries in a mineral finish.\u003cbr\u003e Taste: Fresh and decisive sip, with citrus and saline returns, good persistence and final closure.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eCOMBINATIONS\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e We recommend consuming it as an aperitif.
