Tenuta Turriga in the countryside of Selegas - Trigus pool, about 230 meters above sea level.
PROCESSING AND AGING
Grapes selected carefully, and started to separate vinification, with maceration of the marc in the must for 16-18 days and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 30 °. This is followed by maturation in fine French oak barrels for about two years, and a long refinement in the bottle.

Taste: great structure, balanced, fine and persistent.
