The name of this wine is inspired by the verses of the song known to all as "No potho reposare", T'AMO is born from the union of different vines that give this cuvée a unique, delicate, harmonious and high quality flavour. It is a symbol of an authentic bond, which draws value from differences, in which one feels fully respected and free to love and be loved.

Vineyards owned by the winery located on medium-hill limestone-clay soils, Mogoro.

PROCESSING

A brief maceration of the must on the skins is carried out in order to extract the aromatic component contained in them. Fermentation is carried out at low temperature and with the use of selected yeasts which favor the aromatic expression while respecting the varietal characteristics. Once vinification is completed, it matures in stainless steel containers for a few months, before final refinement in the bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS

Color: bright yellow with golden reflections.

Perfume: Intense floral aromas of lime, broom, roses and almond blossoms accompany sweet hints of pineapple, papaya, yellow peach and citrus fruits.

Taste: Soft on the palate with a fresh and acidic attack given by a slight residue of carbon dioxide deriving from the fermentation process.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent as an aperitif paired with appetizers of ricotta, ham and fresh bottarga. Pleasant companion to vegetable first courses, asparagus risottos, timbales with white ragù and fresh and semi-mature cheeses.
