PROCESSING AND AGING
Obtained only from Vermentino grapes grown in soils deriving from granite weathering, tending to sandy. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of around 15-18 ° C. Bottled young, it maintains the minerality and freshness typical of Vermentino di Gallura.
Color: straw yellow, bright with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: intense with fruity and mineral notes.
Taste: long and persistent flavor, savory and intense.
Ideal as an excellent aperitif in combination with seafood, first and second courses of fish.
