ORIGIN

The winery's vineyards are located in the north-east of Sardinia, in the Vena di San Leonardo, among the hills of Alta Gallura.

PROCESSING

The manual harvest is followed by aging in stainless steel at controlled temperatures for 7 months.

CHARACTERISTICS

Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Perfume: Soft, balanced with an almond aftertaste.

Taste: Intense and persistent of Sardinian mandarin and white almond flowers.

COMBINATIONS

Perfect aperitif wine, to accompany traditional Sardinian cured meats. A perfect white to pair with structured seafood appetizers such as octopus salad or dogfish in burrida, but also seafood first courses and baked and roasted fish.
