PROCESSING AND AGING
Vinified in white, with a 5-hour pre-fermentation maceration in the press. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Refinement in bottle.
Color: straw yellow, bright.
Bouquet: intense fruity aromas with light toasted nuances.
Taste: dry, fresh and savory. Intense fruity notes, closing quite harmoniously.
Perfect in combination with fish dishes, shellfish, first courses with vegetables. Excellent as an aperitif.
