PROCESSING AND AGING

Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, brilliant.
Bouquet: Intense and persistent with floral and vegetable aromas, notes of lime and balsamic.
Taste: Flavors with a clear predominance of vegetal notes, warm and full of good thickness and balanced; with long gustatory persistence.
It goes well with seafood in general, fish with delicate meats seasoned with light sauces, dry soups and in broth with not too tasty seasonings.
