ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, grown in the Serdiana area, between 300 and 350 meters above sea level.

Following the manual harvest, the bunches are destemmed and sent for fermentation. A large part of the must first undergoes cold decantation and then undergoes alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts. It can evolve well and be consumed up to four years after the harvest.
