PROCESSING
White vinification after pellicular maceration, in order to obtain a must richer in substance and colour. Soft pressing, the must is then inoculated with selected yeasts for alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. Karagnanj then matures for a few months in stainless steel containers, in order to preserve and increase the freshness and finesse of the aromas, before bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright straw yellow.
Fragrance: intense and enveloping, reminiscent of ripe yellow fruit and Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: Soft, persistent, very pleasant.
COMBINATIONS
Perfect paired with traditional Sardinian seafood cuisine, but also with soups and white meats.
