PROCESSING AND AGING
White vinification after skin maceration, in order to obtain a must richer in substance and color. Soft pressing, the must is then inoculated with selected yeasts for alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. It then matures for a few months in stainless steel containers, in order to preserve and increase the freshness and finesse of the aromas, before bottling.
Color: Brilliant straw yellow.
Bouquet: intense and enveloping that recalls ripe yellow fruit and the Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: Soft, persistent, very pleasant.
Perfect paired with traditional Sardinian seafood, but also with soups and white meats.
