ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, grown at 350 meters above sea level on sandy soils from granite weathering. located in the heart of Gallura, in Luras (OT).
PROCESSING
Following the manual harvest of the grapes, we move on to soft pressing and pressing, then moving on to the static decantation of the must. We then proceed with the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and refinement, which partially takes place in stainless steel containers.
