PROCESSING AND AGING
The grapes are harvested in a slight over-ripening to have a must richer in sugars and in substance. They are then transported to the cellar and subjected to soft pressing. The free-run must is sent to alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature and, once the wine is obtained, it is aged in steel to enhance the fruity aromas to the maximum.
Color: bright straw yellow, dry.
Bouquet: intense bouquet, distant hint of bitter almond.
Taste: dry, velvety.
Excellent as an aperitif, also ideal with tasty first courses and seafood main courses.
