Vineyards owned by the winery, grown counter-espalier with Guyot pruning under organic farming.
Once harvested, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and decantation of the must. The must itself then ferments at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. It refines in steel at a temperature of 12°C for 3 months on its yeasts with frequent batonnages.
Color: Straw yellow with light greenish reflections.
Bouquet: intense and persistent, typical hints of Vermentino such as flowers and fresh fruit.
Taste: intense and persistent, fresh and fruity.
It goes perfectly with seafood dishes. We recommend accompanying it with a red mussel soup or an excellent seafood risotto. Also ideal as an aperitif together with fresh cheeses.
