Vineyards owned by the winery located in Sanluri and surrounding areas.
PROCESSING
Destemming-crushing, fermentation in steel at a temperature of 25°C and maceration for 7 days, followed by soft pressing. Maturation in 1st and 2nd passage barriques and tonneaux for 12 months and a minimum of 2 months of bottle refinement.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: ruby red with violet reflections, beautiful vividness of colour, consistent.
Nose: excellent olfactory intensity, fleshy nose, red fruits in alcohol with spicy notes
Taste: satisfying sip, freshness, liveliness and explosive flavor
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif with a plate of typical cured meats, mature cheeses and red meats.
