Refund policy
Our 30-day returns policy states that after you have received an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
For the item to be suitable for return, it must be in the same condition as you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all tags and it must be contained in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at sardegnavini@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Sardegnavini - via Labriola 1 - 09028 Sestu (CA).
If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. In this way, we will be able to assess the problem and make sure that it is solved.
Exceptions/ non-returnable articles
Certain types of items may not be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (for example special orders or customised items) and personal care products (for example beauty products). In addition, we do not accept the return of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers.
Replacements
The quickest way to make sure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, when your return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
European Union 14-day reflection period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags and must be contained in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. In case of approval, within 10 working days you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and make the refund visible.

Right of withdrawal
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with D.lgs. 206/2005 with the following terms and conditions:
The consumer must express the wish to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days from receipt of the goods.
This communication must be sent in advance by e-mail (info@sardegnavini.it) or message/call (at +39 3395419229), if confirmed within 48 hours.

on condition that:
- the products have not been used or damaged
- the returned goods must arrive intact, complete with all accessories and labels and in the original packaging
- the returned goods are accompanied by a document with the number and date of the invoice for the product
- the Customer is entirely responsible for the loss or deterioration of the returned goods
- the transport of the returned goods is at the expense of the buyer;
The refund of the sums paid will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. Shipping costs and any cash on delivery are excluded from reimbursement. In the case of a product sent with free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
The amount relating to the returned goods will be sent to the customer by bank transfer, after communication of the bank details by the customer. In the case of payment by PayPal or credit card, the sums will be refunded in the same way.
