Shipping policy
SHIPMENTS
Sardegnavini entrusts shipments within 48/72 hours of receiving the order to the main couriers operating in Italy and Europe (DHL, SDA, Fedex, GLS, BRT).
We use NAKPACK packaging, safe and patented for the transport of bottles, which will be delivered directly to your home in total safety.
Shipping costs in Italy are fixed and amount to €9.95. However, if your order is 69€ or higher, shipping costs are free.
For shipments to Europe you can consult the list below.
We recommend that you simulate an order and enter your address, so that you have a real estimate of expenses. NB. Any Customs Duties and Charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

Deliveries
Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, mostly from 9 to 18.
To facilitate the delivery, if possible, we recommend that you give us an address where someone is always present for the collection, for example, an office or a store of your trust.
If you receive a damaged or tampered package or partial delivery, highlight this anomaly by writing on the delivery document that will make the courier sign the word "RESERVE", describing later the anomaly (e.g. damaged neck, wet package).
Then notify the customer service, attaching photos of the damage, non-original packaging, etc.
PAYMENTS
Sardegnavini offers its customers the following payment methods: Credit Card, Paypal and Visa, Visa Electron, Post Pay, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (+5,00 €).
PAYMENT CREDIT CARDS AND PAYPAL
Stripe and PayPal allow you to protect your credit card information thanks to innovative security systems and fraud prevention. The payment is made through the secure server of our partner Paypal via SSL (128 bit). The card data will not be known to us.
Cash on Delivery
The payment upon delivery has an additional fee of € 5.00, which you will have to pay at the time of delivery. This fee will be automatically added to the total of your order.
Gifts
If you want to give a gift to a friend and you want to send the package directly to his home, you will just have to enter his address during the payment process and indicate that it is a gift. If you also want to include a dedicated ticket, please indicate it in the notes of your order. The package will be sent to the indicated shipping address. Of course, there will be no information about the price of the wines in the gift pack (which you can always access from your account).
