Rosé Wines from Sardinia
Contrary to popular belief, to produce a rosé wine you need to dispel an old myth: you cannot mix white wines with red ones, as this practice is prohibited by law. The most frequently used method consists of the brief maceration of the skins of red grapes in the liquid part of the must.
