All orders sent by Sardegnavini are covered by insurance and travel inside NAKPACK cartons, patented for safe transport. If for some reason one or more bottles should arrive damaged, contact customer service as soon as possible on Whatsapp or at sardegnavini@gmail.com and explain the extent of the damage. It is important for us that you provide us with photos of the package and the damaged products. We will immediately find a solution to best satisfy you.

Shipping times depend on the wines you have chosen. If all the products in your cart are ready for delivery, the order will be shipped within 24 working hours, in other cases we will ship within 72 working hours.

Shipping costs in Italy are fixed and amount to €9.95. If your order is equal to or greater than €60, shipping is Free.
