1. What is Sardegnavini?

Sardegnavini is an online wine shop of wines, beers and spirits produced in our beloved Sardinia.

2. Is my personal data safe?

By entering your data on Sardegnavini.it you are safe. For more details read our Privacy Policy.

3. To place an order do I have to be registered with Sardegnavini?

Not necessarily. You can also order as a guest.

4. How can I change my login details (email, password, address)?

Just click on the login section that you find at the top right in the section dedicated to the header of the site.
From there you will have access to your personal data panel and you will be able to change whatever you prefer.

5. I would like to contact you to ask about availability on products that I cannot find on the shop: how should I do it?

Your opinion is very important to us. Write us on Whatsapp or at the email sardegnavini@gmail.com and we will answer you as soon as possible.

6. Can I cancel an order I have placed?

Once completed and sent, the order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been entrusted to the Courier.

7. How can I return a product?

To find out the return procedure, consult our conditions of sale or write us an email at sardegnavini@gmail.com.

8. I received a damaged bottle: how can I get compensation?

All orders sent by Sardegnavini are covered by insurance and travel inside patented cartons for safe transport. If for some reason one or more bottles should arrive damaged at your address, contact our customer service as soon as possible on Whatsapp or at sardegnavini@gmail.com and explain the extent of the damage. It is important for us that you provide us with photos of the package and the damaged products. We will immediately find a solution to best satisfy you.

9. Can I change my parcel delivery address?

Once an order has been placed, it will be possible to change the shipping address only if it has not yet been entrusted to the Courier. If you realize that you have the wrong address, write promptly to customer service on Whatsapp or to the email sardegnavini@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you.

10. What kind of payment method can I use on Sardegnavini.it

You can use Paypal and major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Poste Pay), or pay by bank transfer.

11. Are my data safe when I make a payment?

With Sardegnavini you are safe: all payment information is encrypted to ensure the maximum degree of privacy.

12. What is the credit card CVV code?

The CVV code is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your credit card.

13. Can I make a gift and ship it directly to my friend?

Sure, just enter your address during checkout. Please indicate in the order notes that it is a Gift and, if you also want to include a card with a dedication, we will write a couple of lines after your indication. Obviously we will not include any reference to prices inside the package!

14. How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

Shipping times depend on the wines you have chosen. If all the products in your cart are ready for delivery, the order will be shipped within 24 working hours, in other cases we will ship within 72 working hours.

15. Can I track the shipment of my order?

Sure. Inside your personal panel, in the "Track an order" section you can follow the path of your package.

16. How much does it cost to ship a package?

Shipping costs in Italy are fixed and amount to € 9.95. If your order is equal to or greater than € 75, shipping costs are Free.

17. What do I do if my wine tastes corked?

Although it happens very rarely (about 0.5% of bottles) it may happen that your wine tastes like cork. In this case, keep the defective bottle with the contents and write to info@sardegnavini.it: we will intervene as soon as possible.
Refund or replacement cannot be made in the absence of the bottle.

18. Can I order even if I live outside Italy?

Of course, we ship all over Europe, see shipping costs here .
