CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense ruby red, with light garnet reflections.
Nose: rare, complex notes of plums and blueberries, sweet spices, bay leaves, juniper, tobacco and chocolate.
Taste: softness and structure, freshness and strong flavor, dense tannic texture, intense and persistent.
COMBINATIONS
Accompanies roasts, grilled meats, game, embellished with aromas and spices and medium and long matured cheeses.
