25 year old vineyards, grown on sandy soils at 120 meters above sea level.
PROCESSING
The harvest is manual, during the first ten days of September. precisely to keep the fresh and tasty characteristics of the varietal intact. The free-run must is obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes, which are then left to ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Finally, it always matures in steel, on the fine lees for a few months, at a controlled temperature. Bottle refinement for 5 months before being put on the market.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose: primary aromas of citrus fruits, together with tropical fruits.
Taste: balanced, between freshness and flavor.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent when paired with grilled fish dishes. We recommend trying it alongside fried calamari.
