PROCESSING
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, before being softly pressed and sent to alcoholic fermentation, which takes place, together with the malolactic fermentation, in stainless steel containers. The manufacturing process ends with refinement, carried out both in steel and in oak barrels, for a total of 8 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense ruby red, very clear.
Perfume: Good aromatic intensity, with hints of jam and geranium.
Taste: Dry and savory, warm and lively structure, delicate acidity and soft tannins. Medium persistence, with fruity and floral notes. Fresh and clean finish.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal with ground appetizers, first courses in red sauces, legume soups, grilled and pan-fried meats, medium-aged cheeses.
