PROCESSING
Aged in stainless steel containers and in concrete tanks for at least 6 months and then bottled and subjected to further maturation in the bottle for approximately 3 months before being released for sale.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: not too intense ruby red color.
Aroma: intense, fresh and immediate with nuances of fresh red fruit and vegetal notes.
Taste: fresh, delicate and agile structured wine.
COMBINATIONS
Centosere is a red wine that pairs well with meat appetizers, red meats and poultry, but also meat first courses, soups and broths. Perfect with pizza.
