Color: Dark ruby red.
Perfume: expresses the density of Cannonau thanks to notes of ripe fruit, plum and cherry, and spicy hints of myrtle, vanilla and white pepper.
Taste: welcoming, generous and very long. A tannic texture of great softness outlines its features up to a closure on the fruit, of great persistence.
COMBINATIONS
It is an all-meal wine that goes well with rich preparations based on red meats and very mature cheeses. Perfect with pizza.
