Produced by the Bentu Luna winery, located between the historic regions of Mandrolisai and Barigadu in the heart of Sardinia, this traditional blend of Bovale, Cannonau, and Monica comes from historic vineyards between 35 and 120 years old. Vinified with pied de cuve and 3 weeks of fermentation in concrete tanks, followed by 6 months in large second-passage oak barrels, it offers an intense ruby red with aromas of red rose, cherry, and spicy notes, with a soft sip and a persistent finish that expresses all the authenticity of the territory.
