PROCESSING
Vinification with cold maceration of the skins for 10 hours at a temperature of 8°C. Alcoholic fermentation in steel at a temperature of 15°C. Aged for 3 months in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow.
Perfume: binding and intriguing, with aromas of white flowers and aromatic herbs, with a light mineral nuance.
Taste: expresses a beautiful fruity bouquet and balanced freshness. The finish is savory and mineral.
COMBINATIONS
We recommend pairing it with seafood first courses and grilled or baked fish second courses. Also excellent with pizza.
