The label of this wine, produced in a Limited Edition, is a work by the artist Francesca Ballarini. The image is intended to depict a woman, seen as the earth, which embraces, guards and protects.

ORIGIN
Vineyards grown with espalier system in the territory of Oliena (NU).
PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested by hand and immediately taken to the cellar, where production begins with destemming and soft pressing. The free-run must is filtered and clarified before being sent for fermentation, which takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It completes its evolutionary path, resting on the yeasts before bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: intense and complex, with hints of tropical fruit and citrus notes.
Taste: mineral and savoury sip, with good freshness and persistence, which invite you to take another sip.
COMBINATIONS
Majga is a perfect Vermentino to drink as an aperitif. We recommend trying it at the table with fish dishes, a good spaghetti with clams and bottarga and a generous amount of fried fish.
