All orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

ORIGIN
The winery's vineyards are trained using the spurred cordon system on calcareous soils rich in clay, located in Sanluri and surrounding areas.
PROCESSING
Destemming-crushing, fermentation in steel at a temperature of 25 °C and maceration for 7 days, soft pressing. Maturation in 2nd passage barriques for 12 months and 2 months of refinement in bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Ruby red with orange reflections
Nose: inviting nose, flowers and red fruits emerge, sweet resin finish
Taste: Good drinkability and freshness, soft and floral tannins
COMBINATIONS
Su'Anima is a delicate and elegant red wine, suitable for all dishes, from tasty appetizers to first courses of meat. It pairs well with semi-mature cheeses.
