Camminera Vermentino di Sardegna DOC is the medium-bodied white wine from the Audarya winery, which takes its name from the Sardinian saying that indicates the path that runs along the vineyards.

ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, trained as saplings on calcareous-clayey soils 200 metres above sea level in Serdiana (CA).
PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes followed by a night of cold maceration. Soft pressing and natural cold decantation follow. It ferments slowly in steel vats at a controlled temperature. It ends with 6 months of refinement on the fine lees, so as to mature and obtain an important structure.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: intense straw yellow.
Aroma: notes of fruit such as peach and green apple, honeysuckle flowers and white freesia, light vegetal and mineral hints.
Taste: savoury and slightly almondy.
COMBINATIONS
Camminera is a white wine perfect to pair with seafood dishes, from appetizers to main courses, but also delicate first courses. Also try with soups and fresh or slightly aged cheeses.
