ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, trained with spurred cordon on sandy soils, from granite disintegration, 250 meters above sea level.

PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes, which are pressed whole immediately after harvest and then vinified in white. After a soft pressing, the must rests at low temperature for a few days in stainless steel tanks, before starting the fermentation. It matures for about two weeks at a controlled temperature of 12-13 °C. Finally it refines for a few months in steel before being put on the market. It can evolve well and be consumed up to three years after the harvest.

CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Light pink.
Aroma: notes of exotic fruit. Slightly citrusy and with hints of small red fruits.
Taste: dry, medium savoury and fresh. Well balanced and persistent.

COMBINATIONS
Nudo is a rosé wine that is excellent when paired with fish-based appetizers and fresh cheeses. At the table, it is also excellent with seafood first courses and mixed fried fish.
