PROCESSING AND AGING
Maceration with the skins for 8-10 days and fermentation at a controlled temperature, soft pressing of the marc. Aging for 18 months in first and second passage barriques and tonneaux and at least 12 months in the bottle.

Color: bright, of a beautiful garnet red color with ruby nuances and good consistency.
Bouquet: fine and elegant, you can immediately recognize sensations of black berry fruit, spicy notes in a graphite finish.
Taste: explosive entry into the mouth, important freshness and flavor come together in a silky and floral tannin, excellent persistence.
