CHARACTERISTICS

The BB Evò Birra Barley Wine is characterized by the use of German malts and hops, to which Sapa di Nasco is added, a traditional fortified wine, produced in the Cagliari area. It is a top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized beer.

Color: deep and dense amber with beige, fine and very persistent foam

Perfume: black cherry and morello cherry in spirit, dried fruit, bitter almond and fermenting must

Taste: full-bodied, rich and enveloping, warm and dry with roasted and dried fruit garnishes

COMBINATIONS

Perfect for a relaxing end of the evening, it satisfies the palate even at the table if combined with blue cheeses and chocolate-based desserts, creams and jams but above all with the typical almond-based desserts of typical Sardinian pastries.
