ORIGIN
The winery's own vineyards, trained using the espalier system with Guyot pruning on the Usini hills, approximately 200 metres above sea level, on unique soils composed of clay and mostly limestone.
PROCESSING
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, then softly pressed and sent for alcoholic fermentation, which takes place, together with malolactic fermentation, in stainless steel containers. The production process ends with refinement, carried out both in steel and in oak barrels, for a total of 8 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense ruby red, very clear.
Aroma: Good aromatic intensity, with hints of jam and geranium.
Taste: Dry and savory, warm and lively structure, delicate acidity and soft tannins. Medium persistence, with fruity and floral notes. Fresh and clean finish.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal with meat-based appetizers, first courses in red sauces, legume soups, grilled and pan-fried meats, medium-aged cheeses.
